Hi! My name is Thea and I live in Charlestown. I have been providing childcare in different ways (mother's helper, daycare, babysitter) for over 15 years! I absolutely love working with kids of all ages, but have the most experience with infants, toddlers, and young preschoolers. I grew up in a small farm town in Connecticut and love living in a city now, but still love visiting home from time to time. I moved to Boston in 2014 after graduating from James Madison University in Virginia. I studied Speech Pathology, Audiology, and Special Education. After college, I did an AmeriCorps program, City Year, for a year and a half before becoming a full time nanny for a few families over the next couple of years. Now I work at Education First as a host family matching specialist for Cultural Care Au Pair. I work with families to find a great Au Pair for them! I am so excited to meet your families!
