We first worked with Lauren back in October, when she watched our four month old daughter. We got to know Lauren a bit last year from living in the same neighborhood, which helped ease our anxiety of hiring a sitter for our first baby. Our experience was wonderful, and since working with Lauren we've also used Sarah and through Savvy Sitter. Lauren and her team are friendly, knowledgeable and professional.  It's nice to know we have access to a great group of girls to watch our daughter, especially last minute. We highly recommend them to other families.

Finally, I wanted to thank you. I remember sitting crying in the bathroom about 4 weeks postpartum with my first while my mom was visiting. I was overwhelmed; I hadn't left our apartment and everything felt impossible, especially taking care of myself. My mom suggested that we go to lunch and get a massage so I could get a mental break. Since I'm not from Boston I didn't know any babysitters and the thought of needing to figure that out was too much.

My mother, also not from Boston, suggested we look online for a service and gratefully we came across yours. She immediately paid for my subscription for the first year and within days we went out for a walk and massage.

We used savvy sitter for childcare during a wedding that we were attending in Boston. We had multiple families all staying in a hotel downtown, with children from 5 months to 3 years old. It was easy to book, and the team was great about working with us to put together the perfect combination of sitters to meet our needs . The sitters were prompt, professional, and obviously great with kids--my toddler raved about 'Ms. Lauren and Ms. Katie' when I asked how the evening had gone, and my baby was happily sleeping when we returned from the reception.
