Hi! My name is Lauran, and I live just north of the city in Revere. Originally from Peabody, MA, I graduated from Boston University in 2013. After college, I worked for 8+ years in the sales industry, but I recently made a rewarding career change and now work as a mental health counselor. For the past 3 years I have been treating families, couples, and individuals of all ages. My current work has deepened my understanding of different family dynamics and the unique needs of children.

Throughout my high school and college summers, I worked as a lifeguard and swim instructor/coach for children aged 4-16 at a local country club. During this time I also babysat for a number of families. These roles allowed me to develop strong skills in child supervision, safety, and engagement.

When I’m not working, I love spending quality time with my niece and nephew, exploring new restaurants, staying active, and enjoying the beach.
